This policy describes how OpenMax Pte. Ltd. ("we") handles data when you use hxa.net. If you have signed a separate agreement with us, its data terms prevail.
1. Your request content
We do not retain the content of your API requests or responses. Content is passed to the model provider you select only to process the request, and is never used to train models. When a request fails, limited error details may be kept for up to 30 days for troubleshooting.
2. Data we keep
Only what is needed to run your account: your email and account settings, and usage and payment records for billing. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the Service (model providers, payment and infrastructure providers), or where required by law.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
