Account and sign-in

Sign up

1. Go to hxa.net/register.
2. Enter your email address and a password of at least 6 characters, and complete the security check.
3. If you have a promo code, enter it. It adds bonus balance to your new account.
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code we send to your email and click Verify & Create Account.

After signing up you land on the Dashboard. Your account starts without credit; contact sales to add credit (online payment is coming soon), or redeem a code you received (see Balance and billing).

Sign in

Sign in at hxa.net/login with your email and password. If two-factor authentication is on, you are also asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter your email and click Send Reset Link.
3. Open the link in the email and set a new password.

Two-factor authentication

We recommend turning on two-factor authentication (TOTP). Set it up under Profile; see Profile and settings.
