How you are charged

Requests are charged per token at the rates on the pricing page and deducted from your account balance as they happen. Each usage record shows the exact cost of that request.

Adding credit

To add credit or agree volume pricing, contact sales. Online payment is coming soon. Your account contact can also give you a redeem code.

Redeem a code

1. Open Redeem in the console.
2. Enter the code exactly as you received it. Codes are case-sensitive and can be used once.
3. Submit. The page shows your new balance and a history of redeemed codes.

Low-balance alerts

We email you when your balance falls below a threshold. Set the threshold and extra recipient emails under Profile; see Profile and settings.
